These programs vary and are customizable. Bone Health and New & Restore include a 60 minute 1:1 session as well as a downloadable pdf which explains the program. After our session, I invite you to join the Private Facebook Group where you will gain access to more information, recipes, self-care suggestions and be able to interact with others to learn & share best practices.
BONE HEALTH
OSTEOPENIA & OSTEOPOROSIS
Have you’ve been diagnosed Osteopenia or Osteoporosis or would you like to improve your bone density? If you are driven and follow instructions and also follow thru then this program is for you! This includes a 60 minute 1:1 Session, Condition Report, 5 day Menus, Recipes and invitation to Private Facebook Group where you will gain access to additional information, documents, and learn and share with others in the group. If you would like additional bi-weekly follow up and an accountability partner then I recommend selecting a 1, 2 or 3 month Coaching plan.
Elimination diet program
This Elimination Diet Programs includes: How To Guide, Yes/No Food List, Snacks and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Meal Plans & Recipes.
You’ll be invited to the Private Facebook Support Group where you’ll have access to others doing (or have done) the program and I will answer your questions daily.
This self-paced program takes from 30-45 days to complete.
