Hi, I’m teresa

I conquered various health challenges, such as a hiatal hernia, adrenal fatigue, leaky gut, and suffered a burst appendix leading to gluten and dairy intolerance. This compromised my immune system, but I overcame it, discontinuing two Hashimoto thyroid medications and reversing Osteopenia. Drawing on my personal experiences and certifications as a Nutrition Consultant, Coach, and Micronutrient Specialist, I aim to motivate, inspire, and guide you to holistic vitality.

I fuel my body and spirit with a predominately plant-based lifestyle that I share with clients, the community and the world. I’m passionate about holistic nutrition, health, cooking and eating. I’m dedicated to carrying out my passion to help others live their healthiest life. I seek to educate and empower others on their health journey. My clients learn to identify and break through barriers to reach their goals and sustain a healthier more vibrant life as they learn that nutritious food can taste amazingly delicious.   

I incorporate essential oils and the healing power of plants as medicine, mindfulness and movement. I also share the Bauman College Eating For Health system which provides a map for healthful eating. Some of the core principles include Bio-individuality, Diet Direction, Booster Foods as well as the acronym for healthy food choices which is S.O.U.L. = seasonal, organic, unprocessed and local.

Holistic Nutrition Consulting is a brand built on passion, sustainability, awareness and zest.  The goal is to know and understand client’s unique strengths, challenges and desires and tailor a personalized journey.  Recommendations are based on holistic intuitiveness, bio individuality and input as well as insights from the client. I am not a medical professional and don’t offer medical advice. I guide you on your own health journey making recommendations and sharing from my own personal experience.

In my free time, I grow herbs and veggies from seed, experiment with delicious plant-based meals and hike with my mini Australian Shepherds.  I maintain balance through a lifetime practice of yoga and meditation paired with a more rigorous Peloton bootcamp workout that energizes my soul.   I also have over three decades of experience in the financial industry, marketing, event planning and sales. The resulting experiences and versatility are undoubtedly assets in running a successful fulfilling business and joyfully working with clients.
